Jose C. Zirena founded MCC Services in 1996, and incorporated it in 1998.

Mr. Zirena has been actively involved in South Florida small business and non-profits for the past 20 years.

His overseas assignments include previous work with World Vision International in Peru, and currently with the Latin America Mission.

Mr. Zirena earned a Bachelor’s degree in Biblical Education from Florida Bible College, and a Master’s in Educational Administration from the University of Lima.

His public speaking activities include Toastmasters International (where he has been its President of Lima Toastmasters and South Dade Toastmasters), as well as carrying out multiple training programs at various South Florida non-profits.

Jose is currently on the board of South Dade Bible Chapel, and has been on the board of community and faith-based organizations, such as Leadership South Dade, Comunidad Cristiana de Miami, and Faith Community Church.

Mr. Zirena's life experiences have uniquely qualified him to be fully bilingual and bicultural, which makes him extremely effective in a multi-lingual, multicultural community such as South Florida.
