Jose C. Zirena founded MCC Services in 1996, and incorporated it in 1998.

Mr. Zirena has been actively involved in South Florida small business and non-profits for the past 20 years.

His overseas assignments include working with World Vision International and the Latin America Mission.

Mr. Zirena earned a Bachelor’s degree in Biblical Education from Florida Bible College, a Master’s in Educational Administration from the University of Lima, and an MBA from the University of West Georgia.

His public speaking activities include being President of Lima Toastmasters (Peru) and South Dade Toastmasters (Miami), as well as carrying out multiple training programs at various South Florida non-profits.

Jose has been on the board of community and faith-based organizations such as South Dade Bible Chapel, Leadership South Dade, Comunidad Cristiana de Miami, and Faith Community Church.

Mr. Zirena's life experiences have uniquely qualified him to be fully bilingual and bicultural, which makes him extremely effective in a multi-lingual, multicultural community such as South Florida.
